About Paula

I am Paula Mary Elizabeth.
I am a Reiki II Practitioner. 
I am an empath + intuitive. I work with universal energy. 

I have lived on the Central Coast in NSW, Australia my whole life. I am currently based in Cooranbong, with my two radiant little people Grace and Leon, and our two gorgeous cats, Middles and Ragnar!

I have always been sensitive to energy. I have had a sense of 'knowing' and was aware that I was intuitive and empathic from a young age, though it was not until I powerfully birthed my son at home in 2016 after the previous traumatic cesarean birth of my daughter in 2014 that my awareness of energy suddenly overwhelmed me... I had to learn how to navigate through it and take care of myself energetically. It was at this time I began to see energy practitioners for myself and my children. I was learning so much about energy and myself. I was beginning to feel a sense of peace, calm and a calling from my higher self within me the more I explored.
A year after my son was born I felt called to complete my 'Forensic Healing Essentials' course, which then led to completing my Reiki I Practitioner training in 2017. It was then that I completely stepped into and owned my power/abilities in regards to energy and my intuition. I began offering Reiki and Energetic Balancing Sessions in February of 2018. I then went on to complete my Reiki II Practitioner training mid-2018. 
I have held space distantly and in person for 60+ clients since early 2018. The journey so far has amazed me! I am so grateful to each and every beautiful soul that has placed their trust in me and journeyed with me so far!

My message for the world and what I consider to be my own daily medicine is to be kind and gentle with yourself and your thoughts.
